Celebrating New Beginnings
This Easter, we celebrated the reopening of our beloved and historic Peachtree Street entrance. For more than 175 years, this cherished entrance has welcomed our congregation and community, serving as the backdrop for countless photos commemorating weddings, baptisms, and special memories. Now, it is fittingly renamed the Rooker Family Plaza in honor of the enduring legacy of this generous family.
Our talented Flower Guild beautifully marked the occasion with a breathtaking cross of flowers, captured in the photo to the left. In the coming weeks, you will also notice the addition of new handrails along the Plaza, thoughtfully designed to guide you safely up the steps to the Sanctuary. If you couldn’t join us on Easter Sunday, we invite you to visit soon and experience firsthand the inspiring progress of our Capital Project.
